CLMPE : Cable Line Modem with a Power Extractor,     4. UPS : Uninterruptible Power Supply,     5. WWT : Wearable Wireless Tag,     6. WIP : Wireless IP Phone,     7. CMS : Central Management System,     8. MSS : Manhole Security Server,     8. WS1 : Wireless Station 1 and     10. WS2 : Wireless Station 2. CLMPI : Cable Line Modem with a Power Injector The CLMPI combines and transmits the electriciy power and the LAN signal to the CLMPE through the coaxial cable. Also, the CLMPI receives and extracts the LAN signal from the CLMPE through the coaxial cable. CLMPE : Cable Line Modem with a Power Extractor The CLMPE receives and extracts the electriciy power and the LAN signal from the CLMPI through the coaxial cable. Also, the CLMPE transmits the LAN signal to the CLMPI through the coaxial cable. IPMS : IP Media Sever The IPMS performs the following functions.     1. compressing analog video from the analog camera and transmitting the compressed video to the network,     2. compressing analog audio from the microphone and transmitting the compressed audio to the network,     3. decompressing compressed audio from the network and transmitting the decompressed audio to the speaker,     4. receiving the data from various sensors, WWT and WIP and transmitting to the CMS, VoIP phone, telephone, mobile phone,     5. receiving the data from the CMS and transmitting them to the siren, strobe light, WIP. WS1 : Wireless Station 1 The WS1 provides wireless interface among WWT, strobe light, siren, various sensors. WS2 : Wireless Station 2 The WS2 provides wireless interface for WIP. WWT : Wearable Wireless Tag The WWT transmits its ID periodically to the CMS together with its location information for emergency such as noxious gas leakage. Also, the WWT transmitts the panic signal to the CMS when the tag holder presses the panic button. WIP : Wireless IP Phone The WIP provides the telephone function to the workers while they are staying in the underground for work. So, workers can communicate with anyone using the WIP and staffs in the control room can communicate with the workers. CMS : Central Management System The CMS can monitor the underground public facilities related status such as live video, live audio, fire, gas leakage, etc. The staff in front of the CMS can talk to the workers using the microphone. If necessary, the staff turn on the siren and/or the strobe light using the CMS. MSS : Manhole Security Server The MSS consists of IPMS and CLMPE. |
